Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the size or custom measurements that you order. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

You may return your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting return within 7 days of receiving your order.
We accept return and will issue FULL refund under following circumstances:

  1. Item not as described
  2. Item is not the size you ordered
  3. Item is defective


We accept return and DEDUCT Shipment Cost of the original payment from refund under following circumstances:

  1. Item does not fit while size is correct
  2. You simply don’t like the item

If you want to return the item you received, please ship out the item within 7 days after you receive it.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Custom made dresses and accessories are not eligible for returning or exchanging
  2. Items are used, damaged or labels are removed Return Note: Please leave a paper note in your package with your order number and reason for return.

Refund: We issue refund in 1-2 business days after we receive returned items.

Order Cancellation

For orders canceled after 48 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 4% cancellation fee is applied.
