Refund policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the size or custom measurements that you order. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Please send an email to us: service@imallure.com, If you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.

Return & Exchange
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint. Tags are intact and attached.

Return Policy
-If you want to return the item, please contact our Customer Service (service@imallure.com) and requesting return within 7 days from the delivery date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Custom made dresses and accessories are not eligible for returning or exchanging
  2. Items are used, damaged or labels / tags are removed
  3. Return Note: Please leave a paper note in your package with your order number and reason for return.

The buyer afford for the returning shipping.
